“RIP! A Remix Manifesto”
As part of Open Access Week 2013, the EMU library will present the documentary film "RIP! A Remix Manifesto," tonight, Oct. 24, 5 - 7 p.m. in room 300, Halle Library. The film explores issues of copyright in the twenty-first century. Are mashups and remixes legal? Do copyright laws inhibit creativity? Who should control creative content? The documentary will be followed by a discussion on copyright and creativity. This event is free, open to the public, and LBC approved. For more information, please visit the “RIP!
